Q.     How soon do you ship…

All orders are shipped next business day.  The delivery time depends on your location.  We are located in Florida, and send all items through USPS.  Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.  If you have any more questions please feel free to call 1-800-632-2175

Q.     How to change your password….

To change your password you need to add something to your cart, then go to the cart, click on checkout, next to the billing information click on update address.  You can change your password in this screen, just be sure to click the save button at the bottom.  Then you can just remove the item from your cart so that your cart is empty.  I know it's complicated, and we're working on making that easier.  If you don't want to do all that you can just email me the new password you would like to use and I can change it in your account.

Q.     How do the T-shirts sizes measure?

Our t-shirt sizes are approximately  S: 6-8, M: 10-12, L: 14-16, XL: 18-20, XXL: 22-24.

Q.     Why do I see things in the stores that are not on the website?

Because that wacky artist Suzy Toronto cannot be contained to just one artistic outlet, we have licensed to other companies.  Suzy has worked very hard over the years to bring her friends and fans as many different avenues of art as possible.  That involves working with other companies to produce the things that we can’t.

Q.     Why can’t I find your greeting cards or bookmarks on the website…?

The greeting cards and bookmarks are available; however they are only available in stores.  They are produced by Blue Mountain Arts, their online store locator: http://www.sps.com.

Q.     Why can’t I find the ceramic mugs, tiles, ornaments…?

Once again these are available in stores, they are produced by MidWest/CBK.  Try their online store locator: http://www.mwcbk.com.
